Measure Your Daily Water Intake

One of my top 10 healthy habits for weight loss includes getting enough good quality water and hydration each day! This is super important in order to help flush out toxins and allow the metabolism to function optimally.

How much water are you drinking daily?

You should be drinking about half your weight in ounces. Meaning, if you weigh 200 pounds, you need 100 ounces of water daily. There are 8 ounces per cup, so 100 ounces means 12.5 cups of water needed.

STEPS

1) Figure out how much water you need per day.

2) Measure out your daily water intake using mason jars or a water bottle with measurements and drink from it through the day.
